Step-by-step instructions for uploading your ePoster

1. Use the link to our upload centre here.

2. Click on Log-In > You do not have a Conventus account yet? > Register
    If you already have an account with the e-mail address, you can use it.

3. Create a new account with the e-mail address of this newsletter and a password of your choice.

4. Log in to the upload centre with the access data you have created.

5. Verify yourself for ECMP 2024 with your personal verification code. Please verify yourself only once with your code for the event after successfully creating a Conventus account. The code was sent to you in an email on 01 July.

6. Upload your displayed contribution(s) under "Upload presentation file".

7. Confirm at the end by clicking on the "Submit presentation" button.

If you have not received your verification code, please contact us via ecmp2024@conventus.de.

Please prepare your presentation as PDF, MS Office PowerPoint2016 for Windows in 16:9 aspect ratio.

A presentation notebook with a PDF reader and MS Office PowerPoint2016 will be provided.

A notebook, presenter and laser pointer are available at the speaker podium in the lecture halls. A technical supervisor can help you.

Please note: Certain encodings for video and audio files could lead to problems. Please visit our speakers preview area.

Speakers Preview Area

Please follow the sign posting on site or ask at the registration desk in order to find the speakers preview area (SPA).

To guarantee a smooth running programme, please submit your presentation no later than two hours before the session. You will have the opportunity to view and/or edit your presentation. Professional staff and equipment will be available for you to arrange and preview your presentation.

For submission, please use a USB flash drive which must not be protected with software.
